The MTS MEMS based single (MTS-S) or dual axis (MTS-D) inclinometer is designed for general purpose applications. Featuring short warm-up time, quick response and short settling time. Internal electronics enable the customer to choose the preferred filters and voltage levels.
Non-linearity error defined as maximum deviation of any point from the theoretical sine function line, in percents of the full measuring range. Linearity specified for a ±45o range.
